Helios Q-switched ND-YAG lasers are one of the most advanced ND-YAG lasers which has revolutionised the treatment of pigmentation, tattoo removal & melasma.
We at Bindal Clinic™ have a wide experience of more than 5 years with Helios-II laser. Presently, our clinic is also using the latest and more advanced Helios III laser.
It delivers high energy laser rays which are targeted towards melanin/tattoo pigment. Due to such high energy level, it produces shock waves in skin which breaks the pigment into smaller particles, which eventually is removed from the body by macrophages. This effect is called as Photo-acoustic effect.
It is a gold standard machine used by most advanced laser surgeons worldwide. This machine has an extra 532 nm fractional mode for stubborn pigmentation. Tattoos with different colours can be easily treated with this laser.
